All my art work - paintings and mixed media works - are handmade. Giclee prints are marked separately. Please be aware, that despite of the effort to mantain the true colors and texture during the photographic process, there can differ slightly on the computer monitors.

PRICES & PAYMENT

If no payment is made within 24hr, the item will be re-listed and the sale cancelled.

Prices are shown in EUR. Prices and postage are subject to change.

GERMANY SHIPPING 

All items are carefully packed to ensure safe shipment and sent out flat ready for framing.

All Items will be shipped via Deutsche Post within 3 working days.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

For international shipping, I use DHL, which claims max. 14 business days depending on location. Customs charges vary in each country and the customer is responsible for paying customs, when the parcel enters the country of destination.

RETURNS

They're the circumstances in which I´ll accept returns, but if you are unsatisfied in any way, please get in touch and we can try to resolve the issue together.  Returns and refund will be made at the discretion of Katja Ochoa Molano.

You are are entitled to a full refund, if you meet the following conditions:

Return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of order date. Return the work including all parts included in the original packaging and in the original physical conditions. Use a tracked postal service within the 14 days mention above, and I will refund you the price of the art work. Take into account, that I cannot refund the shipping costs and any additional costs, like taxes.

Refunds can take upto 10 days to arrive back in your account.
